Active students only
You are billed for students with an active status. Graduated, transferred and archived students are not counted.
Your choice of interval
Pay monthly or for a longer period where the plan offers one. Longer intervals cost less per month, and the saving is shown against each plan.
A minimum per period
Per-student plans carry a minimum charge per billing period, shown under the price, so a small school's invoice has a known floor.
GST shown separately
Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice. Invoices are issued to your organisation's billing details.
No setup fee
The plan price is the price. Plans that include dedicated onboarding list it in the comparison above.
Change plan as you grow
Moving to a plan with more students, campuses or modules keeps every record where it is. Nothing is exported or re-imported.

Pricing questions
Who counts as a billable student?
Students with an active status. Students who have graduated, transferred out or been archived do not count towards your bill or towards your plan's student limit.
Do AcadiFlow's prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown excluding GST, which is charged at 18% and itemised on the invoice issued to your organisation's billing details.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No setup fee is charged. Plans that include dedicated onboarding — a named specialist who migrates your data and trains your staff — show it in the plan comparison on this page.
Can we pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes, where the plan offers a yearly price. Choose the interval at the top of the plans to see each plan's price for that period and the saving against paying monthly.
Do you offer pricing for school groups, districts and universities?
Yes. For a trust with many campuses, a district or a university, contact us with your enrolment and the modules you need, and we will quote an exact figure, including GST, before you commit.
